About Shiping Cost
Q: What's the estimate shipping cost from your factory to my address?
► Confirm purchase plan first of all, shipping cost depend on cargo weight&volume, please tell us which inflatable products and the Quantity you want to purchase, you can send us product picture, web link or model number, then we can calculate the exact shipping cost for you.
Q:Whether I need to pay extra import customs tax or other charges when the cargo arrive to my country?
► If you do not have any import experience from China, please send us your detailed address and zipcode, we directly quote you door to door & customs duty paid shipping cost, the final total will be cheaper than you buy from U.S or other supplier. (If your company require customs duty paid certificate, please must tell us before place order).
►If you have import experience and customs clearance ability, need FOB or CIF service, please tell us which port you want us delivery the cargo.
►The shipping cost is changing every month, after we know the units you want to buy and delivery address, we can confirm the shipping cost and make clear all the money you need to spend.
About Delivery Time
Q: How long time I can get my order items?
►Production time, 20~40 days or more, mainly depend on your order quantity and our factory slack or busy season.
►Shipping time, 30~50 days by boat, 10~20 days by air or by express.
All inflatable product will be produced and sent out from our China factory after you place order. The inflatable product package is very big and heavy, usually, over 90% customers choose the cheapest shipment by boat, so, the total delivery time will be 2~3 months, please consider whether this time frame workable for your plan.
About Payment
Q: How do I pay money for place order ?
►We can accept bank transfer, credit card, paypal, western union etc. Usually, you need to pay 30%~50% money as deposit for start order, pay balance before shipment.
Q: Do you support finance or take credit cards?
►Sorry we don’t finance. But you can add your credit cards to Paypal or Western Union APP, and use them to pay us. PM us for details.
About Customization
Q: Can you put my logo on the inflatables or change your inflatables design and size ?
All of our inflatable product can be customized according to your request.
►Change design, size will affect the price, usually, more complex design and bigger size will be more expensive. Of course, make the size smaller or simple design, the price will also cheaper.
►Change color, add 1~2 small logo or art printing panel are freely service.
Q: Can you copy other seller's inflatable products design and make for me with better price ?
►If you want to make your own design inflatables or copy other seller inflatable product design, just send us the pictures, we can assist to design and produce for you with competitive price.
About Certificate, Quality and Safety
Q: What's your inflatable product certificate and quality standard?
►All of our inflatable product production technology meet the Europen and US market quality standard, the related certificate as below:
Product: EN14960.
Material: Lead Free, Flame retardant, SGS, ASTM NFPA701, TUV, ROHS, EN71 etc.
Blower: CE, UL, LVD, TUV etc.
Net: SGS.
Sewing threads: ASTM D2256.

About Order Process
Q: Can you explain the detailed purchase process from China to my address?
►1. Deposit, after you confirm the order product details and cost, you pay 50% of amount as deposit.
►2. Production, after we received your deposit, we will arrange production plan for your order. For customized inflatable product, you will receive our 3D design drawing before production work, we can modify the design work untill you satisfy, then we start next step production work.
►3. Test, when the inflatable product be finished, it will be test in our factory, we will take photos and video for you confirm again. If you have any questions, we can also modify untill you satisfy the product.
►4. Shipment, after you pay the balance payment, we will send out the cargo to shipping company and do the export customs work, the shipping company will transfer the cargo to your country by boat, by air or by express.
►5. Sign, if you choose our door to door service, our cooperative shipping company will delivery cargo to your house. For other trade terms, your shipping agent will responsible the customs clearance and shipment work.
Warranty
Q: What's your company warranty details?
►we provide 3 years warranty for Inflatable product, and 1 year for blower. The detailed warranty terms as below:
1.From the date of customer sign cargo, within 1 year, if the inflatable product or blower happen heavy serious quality problem which affect normal use and unrepairable forever, we freely provide a new replacement and free shipping cost.
2.Within 3 years, if the inflatable product happen small area seam thread broken, tear, material wear etc normal use problem, it's not quality problem, we freely provide repair consult service and freely ship necessary repair kit (include same color material, glue, sewing thread etc).
3.If the product is not quality problem, it's an human error accident in customer using, we can only provide repair consult service and free repair kit, no free replacement and no free shipping at anytime.
